PAMASKONG PAMBATA. Representative Darlene Antonino-Custodio, of the 1st Congressional District of South Cotabato, hands out a gift to one of the kids from St. Gemma's Orphanage during the Pamaskong Pambata: Alay ng Kongreso affair at the Oval Plaza Children's Playground last weekend. The kids were earlier treated to games and entertainment courtesy of the office of the congresswoman who has been doing this annually to a number of the city's underprivileged kids and orphans.
